How do I get a quote?
Send us your details with the form on this page, or call 0431 017 703. We’ll book a time to come out, measure every opening and talk you through fabric, colour and control options. The measure and quote are free, and there’s no obligation.
How long from deposit to installation?
Allow 4–5 weeks. Everything is made to order in Perth to your exact measurements, then installed by our team.
My pergola or patio isn’t square. Can you still fit blinds?
Yes. Very few openings are perfectly square. We fit each blind to the opening you actually have and close any gaps with flashing and professional finishing, so it looks clean and custom.
What warranty do I get?
10 years on fabric, 5 years on motors, hardware and extrusions, and 2 years on our workmanship.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every job is measured and installed by the TrueLevel team, so the people who quote your job are the people who fit it.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Midvale and cover the Perth metro area, and we travel to regional WA. Tell us your suburb when you enquire and we’ll confirm.
