Information on this website

The information on this website is general and is there to help you choose. Our photos show real TrueLevel jobs, but every home is different. Sizes, specifications and product ranges can change. Colours on a screen will always look a little different from the real thing, so we bring real fabric and Colorbond® samples to every free measure.

Quotes

Measures and quotes are free, and there is no obligation to go ahead. Your price is based on our on-site measure, and the final price, product details and lead time are the ones in your written quote. If your quote or order paperwork has its own terms, those terms apply to your job.

When you send us an enquiry

When you send us your details, you agree that we can contact you by phone, SMS and email about your enquiry, including follow-ups about your quote. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling us. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Warranty and your consumer rights

Our products come with a warranty of 10 years on fabric, 5 years on motors, hardware and extrusions, and 2 years on workmanship. Ask us if you would like the full warranty conditions.

Our goods and services also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights.

Using our content

The text, photos, videos and brochure on this website belong to TrueLevel Shades. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please ask us before copying our content for any commercial use. Colorbond® is a registered trade mark of BlueScope Steel Limited.

We link to other websites, such as Google, Facebook and Instagram. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
